It was just a fine choice for a fleeting trip in Pleasanton with all in all brilliant value for money. The pool was nice for the kids, adding a bit of fun to our stay. Make sure to bring your own utensils if you're traveling with a group, as there weren’t enough for everyone.

great family stay , but minor accessibility issue
The two-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortably fitting six adults with ample room to move around. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for us, especially since Luckys grocery store was just a five-minute drive away. The breakfast options were varied, and we enjoyed the fruit and eggs immensely. The friendly front desk staff made our early check-in smooth and timely.
There was a lack of elevator access to the upper floors.

Family staycation worth every penny
The room was beautiful, we stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite, and it had everything we needed from a large fridge to a kitchen. Plus, the front desk clerk was super friendly, gave us extra towels without hesitation, and even let us have an early check-in, which really helped with the kids and all our bags.
Not exactly cheap but for what you get, it feels acceptable.

The breakfast spread was solid, especially those crispy hash browns that gave me life! Plus, conveniently, there's a Starbucks just a hop, skip, and a jump away if you need a caffeine kick. The heating pool option was also a relaxing treat.
I accidentally booked the wrong Hyatt and had to deal with a frustrating reservation mix-up. Just be wary of potential hiccups next time!

great walking access to parks and dining options
During my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a few minutes from the beautiful Val Vista Park and had a variety of dining options like Starbucks and Sweet Tomatoes within a short stroll, making it easy to enjoy nature and tasty food during my city explorations. as a single traveler, the huge room provided plenty of comfort for relaxing after my walks, but I noticed the lack of elevators could be a downside for those needing easier access.

The Two-Bedroom King Suite offered plenty of space for a family, complete with a functional kitchen that made meal prep easy. The layout was ideal for our group, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, which added a nice touch of privacy.
The hotel felt a bit worn down, resembling an older apartment complex rather than a polished hotel. We had real issues with the lack of elevators, which was a significant inconvenience for us. my mother had knee surgery, and we requested a first-floor room, but it wasn't available. Throughout our stay, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found dirty carpets and even some pests scurrying around. Breakfast options were rather limited, with no hot items like pancakes or meats, which didn't cater well to our family's preferences. On top of that, the WiFi speeds we encountered were sluggish, making it frustrating for any indoor activities.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, which was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare some snacks and meals, and it was a bonus that a grocery store was just five minutes away. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the extra towels provided by the friendly front desk clerk during check-in. The breakfast selection included eggs, biscuits, and fruits, which was decent. However, a few things could be improved. There are no elevators, making it tough to carry luggage to the third floor. The sliding bathroom door stuck when locked, creating a bit of a panic until it finally opened. Some coffee stations were often empty during breakfast, and the overall cleanliness could be better, as the floor in the bathroom needed attention. Despite the inconveniences, I would definitely consider staying here again because of the spacious layout and helpful staff.
